What courses will I take?
All school staff resit basic Health and Safety Training including Manual Handling, Working at Height, Legionella Awareness, Asbestos Awareness and general industry specific lessons on a 3 yearly basis. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills through live training sessions based on current topical trends.
What can you offer that I cannot get at other online schools?
With us you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most notable professionals in the field. We are intricately involved with education across schools in Warrinton. Our students regularly participate in local training sessions to supplement their job roles in school alongside others in a similar role.
How can I choose my courses?
We offer a number of different learning paths, which you are invited to read and choose the one that better meets your needs. However if you need any advice or clarifications, we are at your disposal at any time.
What if I am new to the job role and need more support?
We can work with you and your Head Teacher/Principal to decide the best courses to suit your role. Additional support is given to anyone new to the role and the beauty of attending live training is that you can meet others doing the same role and also tap into the knowledge from your experienced trainer. There is no set time frame to complete the courses and you can join in the group forums to ask questions from others. There is a great support network to tap into and no-one call fail our training courses.
