Course reviews
I thought the training course went really well. Although virtual isn't quite the same as face to face, it meant that I didn't have to travel and could do the training from my office or even from home on two of the occasions! It was a nice small group so there was lots of opportunities to ask questions and get advice which was really good. Adele has been really helpful by providing lots of support and advice. Thank you.

A very enjoyable course, also good to speak to people in similar positions regarding similar incidents that have been dealt with.
The only negative was losing the 'WiFi' ....thanks Virgin!
